Ingredients:

• 500g sausage
• 1 large onion
• 6 seedless tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• salt and black pepper
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 package of potato straw

Method:

In a pan put the oil, sauté the onions in cubes with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté.

Add the sausages whole or cut into slices, bring to a boil and it's ready.

Open the bread put the sauce and the potato straw on top.
