It Finally Came, Unboxing My Q3 Steam Deck and Some First Run

I just got it, it got dropped at my door at about 0900 my time. I was cooking breakfast, but so far it runs decently smooth. It does need some care and tweaking, but other than that it runs well and blows hot air really well.
