CSX pulls tankers from a building

Been trying to catch this for a while and finally got it, but first we'll start with a NS unit train pulling covered hoppers then the CSX units pulling tanks from an industry in Columbus Ohio. apologies, I missed the first pull and got a bad angle. a truck driver kept insisting I give him directions and messed me up.. but what I got is still cool to see..
