How to remove INFURA RPC NODE MetaMask IP TRACKING (Consensys) and add POLKNET RPC (Step by Step)

Consensys snakes (ie. *cough JP Morgan) announced they will be collecting MetaMask IP addresses via an RPC node named, "INFURA", which is a centralised Asian company that will collect data on behalf of MetaMask users. In this video, we show you how to outsmart these snakes and remove the INFURA RPC node and add a new decentralised RPC node that doesnt track your IP address (Called PolkNet - note: not related to polkadot).
