The fastest way to invest in multifamily is to contact my office at www.benjaminzmiller.com by filling out the contact form. I have multifamily properties that you can invest into that already are producing income. You should have a minimum of 100,000 as cash if you want to get something done in the next 30 days. If that is your situation, then please contact my office.

We can set up a time to speak and go over what you want to accomplish and then I can allow you to look at some deals I have.
Also, you should try to get more education on multifamily even if you are just going to be a limited partner in one of my deals.
