ESG Lessons from FTX

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a noble concept that few could argue with. It's stated goal is to help companies "act on and measure what is mutually good for profits, people and the planet." However any system that ranked the FTX Ponzi scheme as having better governance than Exxon Mobil needs a lot of work before anyone can take it seriously.
