CCP Reality Check Special Series Ep. 10: A Trustee's Eerie Request

In this update:
- Luc had motioned Order #717 to the court with several demands;
- Among them was the demand of demanding Miles Guo to forgo the Attorney-Client Privileges to let Luc, as a trustee of a bankruptcy case, look into the UBS case files, which are governed by the U.K. Jurisdiction;
- Also, HK-USA, the owner of the Lady May, was denied the $37 million security deposit unless a maintenance fund was set up;
