Reaction Video: White Savior Movies

Gag....probably the most condescending form of film making. The imagination of the Hollywood white liberal has concocted a lot of rubbish but this style of movie encapsulates the worst to offer. It is often of movie of a white person deciding they're going to go into the ghetto and make a difference for black or brown people and show them the "higher way". What I mean is the way of learning to be smug, self-satisfied, ordering at Starbuck's and learning how to go beyond meat and just eat Kale (for the planet!). They may not be aware but it's just the myth of the white savior teaching the noble savage....yes it's that condescending. Enjoy!
