What is the point of Criminal On Patrol after Criminal On Patrol rushing to get past the line to make their own line past the ribbon in this display image, I have no idea, Imagined authority which legally they have none.
I guess they were itching to hear the message from the heart of the Heart Beat Dynamic Drummer at Melbourne Town Hall.
