What exactly is happiness?
Can we experience happiness
Right, now…

Or just when it is lacking?
As in love
Recognising the amazing
Treasure, we possess
Or do we have to lose it first?

Change is constant in life
A steady tide
Increase & decrease
Decrease & increase

Exploring the depths of us
Apprehensions.
Blossoming after the
Growing season

Baby’s-breath
Laceleaf
Red rose

So, we ought to cherish
Cloudy days
Just as much as we do
Sunny ones…

Gains & losses
Losses & gains
We do not know
What is waiting for us
Under each new cloud,
After all.

Learning to let go
Life
Becomes simpler
Expectations
Memories
Form, both
Accomplishments
And failures.

Soaring more readily upwards
When we are free of the
Internal weight
More dreaming is essential
Because of.

Recall less
Greater love
Less resentment
Delete all recollections
That are no,
Longer useful

Empty your heart
Of any anticipations
Existing
Not the day
Prior
Not the next day
After

Let life astonish us
With something that is
Much better…
Then we could ever
Anticipated.
