Alex Belfield, there may be hope of a refund for all those ripped off……

Well well look what ive found, i was poking around on the gov.uk page about champagne sippers ltd. One Alex belfields companies. Penny bunny actually bet me to the scoop but in my defence its been rather rough out here just lately and ive been suffering with a bit of sea sickness.

As well as the notice of compulsory strike dated 15 November 2022 and the subsequent notice to discontinue the strike off dated 26th November 2022

Anyway i stumbled across a document submitted on the 25th november 2022.
Pertaining to the unaudited financial statements for the period 16 December 2020 to 31t December 2021.

the document claims there were under the heading of fixed assets, tangible assets of £22,214

Under current assets there is £373,912

Under creditors there is a debt of £103,619

Under the heading of total assets less current liabilities £292,507.

I’m no expert when it comes to dealing with legal documents, but in my opinion yeah i know i might be overly hopefully here, that the vast majority of the donation given in the vein hope of suing the bbc could be refunded to those who can prove they gave money to him.
That is assuming he didnt spend all the money on his lavish holidays jetting out to vegas.

Also as this document was submitted on the 25th it kinda proves belfield isnt working alone. Whether is just an accountant or tarquin. Does it mean someone was party to alex belfields stalking? Anyway it does seem that hate his been rather a successful business model for alex belfield, big enough to pay for his defamation case pending 2023.
