Tom Brenneman on the Leeza Gibbons show in, California. The case is the State of Kansas v Jeffery & Sabina Davidson Sabina Davidson owned four Rottweilers. Three of them had been getting out of there 6 foot high chain link fence. On this day two brothers were at the bus stop by the Davidson home. The brothers noticed three Rottweilers running at them so they climbed a tree. The dogs barked at the children, and then left the area. When the school bus pulled up the older brother, told his younger brother to stay in the tree, why he ran to the school bus to get help. When he climbed down the tree and started running for the school bus he never made it, the three Rottweilers attacked the young child and because of the damage done from the dog bites. The child passed away. The owners of the Rottweilers were charged with reckless 2nd degree murder. I was the expert for the State of Kansas on the case. A jury convicted Sabina Davidson on the above charge, and that is now case law in this country. You are Liable for your dogs actions. The last part of this video, has no sound for some reason, but only shows some parts of testing a young German Shepherd 11 months for Police Service Dog work, A 2 year old Malinios for Police Work, and a Doberman that could not pass the test.
