Normally, and I rarely make an exception, you first must become a mentee and after going through some training then we can partner on deals.

This does not apply to experienced people. Obviously I do deal with them without them becoming a mentee. However, if it is someone that is completely new to investing, they have to show me a commitment to working hard and investing in their education.

A good attitude also goes a long way. If you have a good attitude, and are sincere, I am very open to finding solutions. If you are the type of person that likes to work 7 days a week that is a good quality for becoming one of my business partners or associates.
