Interest Rates Warning | UK Housing Market 2022 | Saj Hussain

The Bank of England has slowly been raising interest rates with their 6th consecutive increase. As property investors, we want to know where are they going to go with these increases and what they mean for the property market. While they are there to control inflation and cool down the economy, other factors such as fuel and energy price increases, the Ukrania/Russia war, and other costs of living increase meaning there is less disposable income. In this video, I talk about what you need to be aware of as property business owners and how this is affecting the property industry as a whole.
