Microsoft update breaks Windows again

Microsoft is continuing their streak of releasing Windows updates that break stuff.
This time, the issue with the new update is that it simply doesn’t want to install for a lot of users.
Many are complaining that the update takes a long time to download & a long time to install, but at the very end the update just fails & spits out an error code that nobody knows what it means, apart from maybe Microsoft itself.
Now that’s a bug Microsoft hasn’t even acknowledged yet, but they have confirmed that the update might break XPS Viewer for some users because you know there always has to be something to keep Windows interesting… I guess.
