Apple is putting ads on iPhones 😬

Apple could be bringing more ads onto their iOS devices.
Specifically, there is speculation about putting ads on their pre-installed apps such as Maps, Books & Podcasts.
Apple has already implemented similar ads on their App Store, which as I’ve covered in the past is also rumored to receive ads on its Today tab.
The way the new ads would probably work is that businesses like restaurants could pay Apple to rank higher on Apple Maps instead of you know, just making good food.
They also plan to bring ads to Apple TV in order to create a cheaper subscription plan.
I think creating a cheaper subscription plan wouldn’t hurt, but everything else smells like rotten apples that fell off of their tree a few weeks ago… you know?
