First Amendment Follow Up. Katie Kidman was falsely arrested by Lompoc CA swine and suffered both physical and phycological injury. This arrest was both malicious and vindictive as Katie and her First Amendment Activities are well know by the Lompoc Police Department.

There has been some confusion due to the ignorance of Lompoc Pig Mentiroso Maldinado quoting a repealed statute as a basis for the arrest.
