Garlic Beef and Broccoli in Noodles

The meat is sous vide and is very tender and very flavorful with the amazing garlic sauce. Try it whether you sous vide the meat or just pan fry it, this recipe is delicious.
Ingredients:
8 oz Flap steak, you can use any other you like
8 oz wide noodles
3 cups broccoli florets
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisen sauce, I used Garlic Hoisen
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
