Zero, Without Name - Ave Emperor, Echo Echo

When poetry meets eurorack music.

'Zero, Without Name' is a growing collaboration between my wife Anastasiia and me.

My lovely wife is from Kyiv, Ukraine. We met just before the war although we met in the cosmos so many times before. How in the world are we physically together now? The Atlantic ocean was separating us, the restrictions were preventing us from moving freely and the war was making living dangerous. Well, I painted with as many bright colours as I could to protect her. With abstract paintings, I was able to hold her trembling hands, her defied soul while bombs flew over her head. Creation finally brought her to me, along with her toddler.

Love pulled them out of the madness of men.

Remember this: there is only one answer to war and it is called love. You must believe it.
