A large part of the Body of Christ is bent on condemning those who do not believe in G3D. Even to the point most yearn for the return of our Lord to see them all go up in a puff of smoke and their souls sent to Sheol. “Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit” (Isaiah 14:15 NKJV).
The truth is our Lord desires us to convert the lost souls and lead them to become believers. Evangelism is not getting people born-again, only the Holy Spirit can do that. However, we can share with them our experiences and hopefully change their minds. When I see a body of believers gathering, I will witness an Evangelist winning people to Christ. Some of the best Evangelist I have known are great salespeople. The true call for an Evangelist is to convenience and persuade the lost into following Jesus and rob the devil of his wish to destroy their lives. “Jesus said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned” (Mark 16:15-16 NKJV).
The Holy Scriptures do not lie. We must accept what is written and not condemn the lost but preach, persuade, and snatch their souls from the devils’ grip. Too many today condemn the lost and some even hate the lost. We should forgive them for they do not know what they do. Pity those who have not seen the Light of Christ or know His Grace.
