18 Min Sunday Global Meditation - 7pm UK time - Every Sunday

I recorded my meditation live tonight at 7pm, adding a little more sound - these have become regular and its hard to believe it has been 27 months since I started doing these regularly ( except the odd lapse over the time)
A meditation recommended by the council of Nine in 1994 - after over 30 years working with Phyllis and Associates. I read " The Only Planet of Choice" aloud and you find them on Heikesdrumshare, my old Utube channel - further books on there, read over the Coviet time.

Recommended in ' Essential Briefings from Deep Space' it was advised to the people of Earth that we can practice a very effective form of meditation for the environment of the planet and the healing of humanity to find harmony.
The recommendation of time and place are the same and have been mentioned in the preceding chapter 18. Linking up by using the same day - a Sunday - with the Israel time of 9pm and the relevant local times (8pm europe, 7pm UK, 11am US west coast and 2pm the east coast travelling across the world at the same time frame.) The council recommends 3 people together physically forming a triangle - or 12 forming a circle etc - which will create a healing net across our mother earth, because we need to love her and heal her - humanity has much to heal which we see in these days of 2020 - 26 years later. The story of the book continued all this time and we are at a cross road which all hope will lead to a merging of the spiritual with the physical - one of the reasons this beautiful planet was your choice of incarnation - in this space time reality... I am heeding the recommendation because i care very deeply about earth and humanity, as many do... I have timed for 18 minutes meditation and post link below
Tom - the spokesman of the council gives a prayer for us the Nations of Earth and i quote
"We pray that the nations of the Earth come to peace within themselves and come to recognize whence they came.
We pray that all the civilizations of the Universe that are engaged in the balancing of the Universe, be given strength and peace within, to carry on the work to which they are committed.
We pray that the physical beings of the planet earth come into a state of awareness and understanding, in order for their souls to evolve, to raise the level of the planet Earth and cleanse the heavens around the planet Earth so that the Universe can progress.
We pray that those beings and civilizations that are opposing what we do comes to the light of understanding that will make so that they can also come into perfect balance.
We pray that the day may soon come when all in the Universe have the knowledge and the understanding that will make them whole.
We pray for understanding among ourselves, and for the strength that is needed so that each of us can guide the others to become perfect beings. We pray for the souls of the children of the Earth to be brought out of the dark into the light"
