Good question.

There are a few things you can do. The best is if you can pledge the cryptocurrency as collateral to obtain a loan and then simply purchase something that is a good investment like being a limited partner in a multifamily apartment community.

Most banks won’t let you use cryptocurrency as a loan but I know a lot of alternative lenders and will consider making loans secured by cryptocurrency as well.

Another good possibility is to pledge the crypto as collateral and then to invest into purchasing mortgage notes or private corporate bonds.
