The state record is 463lbs for my age and weight.
505lbs was a breeze! Only second day doing conventional deadlift in years!
I am doing this so I can compete WITH my sons and daughter and hang out with my bro @jason_rozensr and his son - the records are just for fun!
Doing #shreddeddad stuff can vary, but the key is to DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR KIDS!
