Shadow of the Colossus (PS4) - Invisible Lands

For those who don't know, the Invisible lands were here since the preview version of the original PS2 game. (Maybe PSU Preview aswell?) These lands are older than the game itself. Yet they still survive in the remake. (Is this evidence that cut colossi could have made to the remake but got scrapped again? Or did they just tried to remake the scrapped areas?)
