Why do you think men act so tough or hide their emotions?

This has never been how I've dealt with it. And I've had people constantly bully or ridicule me for it.

And I don't care. I'm here to show you how speaking about the things that happen to you frees you from their bondage.

A secure person isn't worried about expressing themselves or their opinions. They aren't afraid of facing opposition.

Yet I'm looked at as weaker. This is the problem. This is what's not helping men get over suicide statistics.
