GameStop removes tasteless NFT of a 9/11 victim

GameStop has taken down a very controversial NFT based on a 9/11 victim.
So GameStop has an NFT marketplace, which I didn’t know about or well cared.
Anyways one of the authors basically created an NFT based on an iconic image taken of a 9/11 victim.
And the creator basically replaced the falling victim with an astronaut & described the image as:
“This one probably fell from the MIR space station”.
So personally I think this is a great example of why NFTs are just so hated in the general internet community.
Because there’s tons of creators like this that just make random shit for some quick money regardless of what it is.
Oh & the NFT was also already being traded for $265 dollars before it was taken down.
