Good Guy Wins Charges Against Jose Alba Dropped

Hey everyone, Welcome back to Keto & Krime; Tracy here bringing an update on the video I uploaded last week. I covered the NYC Bodega Clerk' Self-Defense' Stabbing Case in that video. In this case, a store clerk (Jose Alba) was attacked by a customer. Jose Alba attacked the customer with a knife in self-defense. As a result, Jose Alba has been charged with second-degree murder for killing his attacker. In the previous video, I explained why the charges must be dropped. However, the case has now taken a positive change.

On Tuesday, July 19, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office requested that Jose Alba, a Harlem bodega employee suspected of stabbing a man, have the murder charges against him dropped. Alba's three-week struggle will come to an end with Alvin Bragg's decision after he acknowledged acting in self-defense on July 1, 2022, when he stabbed the man inside the store.
