Moving to straight bar after I get used to deadlifting again - MIGHT DO A POWERLIFTING MEET WITH MY KIDS!
Yesterday I went from 4:30am until 6pm until I got tired. Trained, coached, worked in the office. I am 95% recovered from Rhabdo in only a few days. FEEL MY BEST EVER!
I am thankful that I got rhabdo. Now I truly appreciate my HEALTH ever moreso than after the cancer scare. My outlook on life is optimistic and am enjoying my new business partnerships and growth of my brands. I wake up excited to crush it!
