Qualcomm’s new bleeding edge chips for smartwatches

Qualcomm’s releasing 2 new bleeding edge chips specifically made for wearable devices like smartwatches.
The Snapdragon W5 & W5+ Gen 1 chips are a massive leap forward from Qualcomm’s previous Wear 4100+ chip from 2020.
The new chips are built on a shiny new 4nm process with Adreno 702 graphics.
Giving the chips about twice the performance while also being about 50% more efficient.
The chips also have a smaller footprint so we could see them in slimmer & smaller smartwatches as well.
This all sounds pretty exciting as this could enable users to do more complex things on their wearable devices such as following the tech news :)
