And today’s episode we are gonna be discussing the types of employees you want to avoid as a small employer or a small business owner there are certain character traits that certain employees have that you must be careful of nobody’s perfect everybody’s going to have issues and faults and things they need to work on and that’s okay however there are certain things that you must avoid at all cost people who don’t respect authority you must get rid of these individuals they will undermine you make you look like the bad guy and ultimately destroyed the business from with them other traits can be overlooked worked on but I can who cannot not to authority needs to learn on their own send them on their way don’t put up with it they will destroy your business get rid of these people while you have the chance
