Gaming leaks show off i9-13900K's performance

The latest set of leaked gaming benchmarks show off the Intel Core i9-13900K CPU running about 5% faster than the current 12900K.
The new chip has 8 extra efficiency cores, a higher clock speed & over 50% more cache.
And while it’s not that much faster for max framerate the chip does have about a 25-30% improvement in the minimum framerates at games like PUBG & Forza Horizon 5.
We also have to keep in mind that this is a preproduction sample of the chip, so when the actual consumer version comes out, things like the clock speed should be even more optimized.
It’s also very power hungry, apparently able to consume 250W so it needs very high-end cooling as well.
So overall the chip isn’t all that much faster in gaming, but the extra efficiency cores should make it about 35% faster in highly multi-threaded workloads.
