Cedric Struggs murder case revisited

Doris Shotwell spoke with 23ABC last month about her son Cedric Struggs. He has been in jail for more than 40 years for felony murder. Under California Senate Bill 14-37, enacted in 2019, a person is only guilty of felony murder under certain circumstances. 23ABC’s Brianna Willis spoke to Struggs himself about the situation.
