What are some unknown passive incomes?

Good question!

In terms of unknown passive income, I will list two categories that most investors are not aware of as a source of passive income.

Limited partnership investing in a large multifamily apartment community with more than 100 units. You can receive passive income and ownership of a large apartment community. The typical investment minimum would be around 100,000.
Corporate income bonds of privately held companies. Most people are familiar with bonds but they only buy those through their brokerage. It is also possible to buy bonds in privately held companies. These corporate income bonds pay returns that are hundreds of basis points higher.
