4 weeks out. Reps get slower and safer, still using full range of motion.
207lbs today, the hard part is over and now we get sharper and harder going into the Tampa Pro.
Still pushing big weight and working long hours. Prepped last week while on vacation and still averaged over 3 hours of conference calls and 4 hours of office work per day while on vacation. Never missed a workout or an excursion with my family. Memories were made, I am actually rested and refreshed and goals were met.
If I die tomorrow I can say I lived life to the fullest, have no regrets, and my family will be set for life.
To me this is the American Dream. True balance and happiness. It might not be yours, but my nature is to keep moving. I can’t sit still. I need constant stimulation.
I need to win at life, period.
