Tim Smith was the most overrated basketball player in ETSU history. A ball hog whose selfishness cost the Bucs two NCAA Tournament games. A point guard with more turnovers than assists. The Bucs went from 27-6 to 7-19 when it became his team. And he approved of the move to the remedial Atlantic Sun Conference because, as he told Kelly Hodge of the Johnson City Press, he would miss more class.
