Lake Mead is a GHOST Town!

There has been no shortage of updates about the water levels at Lake Mead and the drought in the southwest, but today we're showing you how the water levels are impacting people who come out to the lake with their own jet skis. Some people are getting stuck in the mud at Lake Mead because of how fast the water levels are going down. The lake is about 147 feet away from reaching dead pool, which means that water will no longer be able to flow through Hoover Dam into California, Arizona and Mexico.

Southern Nevada Off-Road Recovery (SNORR) is the name of the organization that is made up of volunteers who help get people out of dangerous situations when enjoying outdoor activities within about a 4 hour radius of Las Vegas.
