2.2. Being Saved

We repeat that the Jews only wanted to be delivered from the consequences of sin and not from their heart of sin. It seems that many Christians follow a gospel that would teach them that they are saved from the consequences of sin, without having to deal with the power of sin in their lives. Salvation is not only something that will happen or something that has happened, but is also something that is presently happening.
