Does it really help to take notes on books I read? How detailed should I be when taking notes? 🤔

A couple of weeks ago a close friend of mine shared a podcast link with me from Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Radio Show, The World Economy is on the Edge of Crisis. During the episode I thought to myself, "I've heard about this book for years. I should probably pick up a copy and read it (Rich Dad. Poor Dad)."  Then, 3 days later while I was not feeling well and looking for work notes, I "coincidently" found a two-page file from 2014 on the book that I read back then and forgot about. This video short talks about why we should read, take notes on what we read, and thanks the wise woman who taught me this way back in 1990, Mrs. Tosti! 😇
