China’s Xi ‘willing to work with’ North Korean leader Kim on regional peace and stability

Beijing is willing to work with Pyongyang on “regional and global peace and stability”, according to a letter China’s president has sent to North Korea’s leader. The message was reportedly dated November 22, 2022, days after an international appeal for Xi Jinping’s help to stop the reclusive state from nuclear and missile tests many view as provocative.
