Google Ads is an online advertising platform developed by Google, where advertisers bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place ads both in the results of search engines like Google Search and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos.

So what is Google Ads? This is a question I get asked on a daily basis and in this video I’m going to show what google ads is how it works and how it can benefit you?

So lets get started Google Ads formerly known as google Adwords was established on October 23, 2000. And It is an online advertising platform developed by Google, where advertisers bid to display advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos.

Now it can place ads in search results (like when you search something on Google) And it can also display ads on non-search result platforms like websites, mobile apps, and videos.

So simply put Google ads is online advertising. Now how does it work.

Google allows anyone who wants to advertise on their platform to do so rather easily all you need is a gmail account or a email address linked to google. Then you just simply type in google ads into google, click on the first link, and hit start now. You can have your account up and running in as little as 15 minutes. I have a whole bunch of tutorials that i’ll link to if your actually interested in creating one.

Once you create your account you can use a variety of different types ads and create your ads to look like whatever you want for the most part. Once you complete your ads and set your budget Google Ads will take 1-2 business days to review your ads and then your ads will start showing.

It’s important to note Google charges it’s advertisers on a pay-per-click basis, so every time someone clicks on your ad you are charged a certain amount of money based on how competitive that particular keyword or advertising platform is.

Now how can google ads benefit you? And Google ads can benefit a lot of people and businesses by bringing them high-quality sustainable leads month after month. These leads turn into customers and you’ll be able to make a lot of money if done properly. However, Google ads isn't meant for everyone. Chances are if you are selling a product with very low-profit margins or your budget is under $1000 USD per month Google Ads might not be for you. However, these are just guiding principles and there are always exceptions to the rules. That being said Google Ads is usually alot tougher if you have low profit margin and a small budget.
