There is a hidden math formula inside our voter registration rolls. When the database which holds the state's voter rolls is sorted in a certain way, the state voter IDs become markers for groups of 10, 100, 1000 and so on.

This formula enables an algorithm to picks out groups of voters and change their data anytime it wants to.
