We found out about this Location from Mr Christopher O'Brien, The Legend of Legends in the Mysterious Valley, Author of The Mysterious Valley. Several Years ago a couple of hikers got stuck in a storm out here, so they found shelter inside an abandoned cabin. When they opened the fridge they found a head and freaked out. So they ran off, called the Sheriff and the Sheriff then came on scene to look for the head. The head wasn't there but a puddle of blood underneath the head was still there.
