As I'm still on vacation and trying to avoid paying a lot of attention to the news, I'm going to continue to unpack "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars." I'll share with you whom this Operations Research Technical Manual was targeted towards. Having read this cover to cover I find it quite fascinating as it speaks to the origins of the "Third World War" the "Elites" launched in 1954!

I hope you enjoy it, I will return to my usual format once I'm back but for the time being I'll continue to unpack this.
