Breakdown of my profit:

I usually aim to make an average of $400 profit/couch. Sometimes that will mean we get $200 profit on one couch and $600 on another. Average is $400+

Depending on our $$ monthly goals, we aim to pick up anywhere from 5-10 per week.

On this couch, we paid $200, spent an hour cleaning and listing it in total, and will sell it for $750+ within a couple of days. With pick up and delivery it’s $500+ for 3 hours of work.
