Why the iFlip A.I. DOES NOT SHORT the Market

Does the AI only enter long and exit in BULL markets and stays out of the markets altogether during Bear markets?

In other words, AI doesn't enter and exit both in Bull and Bear markets?

I believe they said in the webinar tonight that AI exited the market in Dec 2021 and has remained out of the markets; or did I not hear that correctly?
