Tracks need constant repairs

Because trains went private they became popular. When they were public they were hardly used. But regardless of if you believe trains should be private or not. Tracks needs constant repairs and replacement. Ballast needs cleaning tracks wear out. So and and so on. Things break. So yes trains will be cancelled while they fix things. Plus they have to stop trains when public walk in the tracks and so on.
