Knowledge about our Signature is critical in this time of lawfare. It is being used against us but we can take our signature back to be our tool to protect us. The signature of a representative (the living wo/man) for the principal (the legal presence artificial person) is not an autograph but is called an "allograph" in legalese.

To not be liable to the obligations of the legal presence artificial person, follow UCC §3-402 (b)(1). Being the [authorized] Representative [attorney-in-fact, agent] for the principal [legal presence artificial percson] is proper legal competent form.

However, Liability is the default mode and makes the living wo/men surety and guarantor for the performance and obligations of the legal presence artificial person, under UCC §3-402 (b)(2). This consequence is found in UCC §3-419 (a) and (c). We, the signer, become the "accommodation party" and thus surety/guarantor.
