DailyKenn.com — Wheelchair-bound Bill Repka, 38, was killed when stuck by a stolen Cadillac Escalade in Philadelphia's Port Richmond neighborhood. 

Arrested was Efrain Rosario.

Police say it's unclear if Rosario was the driver of the vehicle.

A woman and girl were injured when the Escalade collided with another vehicle, reports say. 

The incidents occurred during a police chase.
