Lets get into all the things as I drive back from my first IN PERSON Kundalini session… as the self proclaimed OvErLorDs have had many places for community practice CLOSED the past few years in the name of their Great Psyop / Marketing Campaign 😉

Then I moved to Tennessee (8 months ago as of today/late last night!) and I did NOT think I’d find Kundalini here, so I continued to practice with my community online/remotely….. then I met a woman who not only teaches here, she is a trained Yogi from the SAME SCHOOL I have been practicing at since 2020, the RAMA yoga institute, based in Los Angeles!

This is not a “What Is Kundalini Yoga” Vlog. I share some of my story about how it helped me change my mindset and escape a big Pharma induced health crisis - among other things - but I also get into the general topic of what are we doing to become “FIT” - especially spiritually and mentally, but physically as well - to survive in the current time?
