When tractor trailers crush a car between them, its ALWAYS the TRUCKERS fault, in my humble opinion.

If the trucker gets no criminal charges, the chances are VERY high there will be civil charges, and the attorneys will subpoena the EDL driver logs, and any wearables you have on.

They can look for the slightest log violation, and determine the worst outcome for the cdl driver
